Weyer BiliCompact LED
The Weyer BiliCompact LED is a phototherapy device designed to treat neonatal jaundice using blue light radiation. It helps prevent central nervous system damage and alleviates jaundice symptoms in newborns during their first days of life, reducing stress for both patients and parents.
The device combines high-performance phototherapy with practical usability features. It operates in both manual and automated modes, allowing preset therapy duration and intensity settings. The BiliCompact LED includes white auxiliary lamps to maintain visual assessment of the patient during treatment and reduce blue light impact on clinical observation.
- Semi-automatic and automatic therapy modes with preset duration and intensity
- White illumination lamps for neutral patient assessment without interrupting therapy
- Additional white LEDs to reduce blue light impact on patient and staff visibility
- Low heat generation allowing decreased distances from patient
- Rubber feet optimized for placement on canopies of warming beds and incubators
- Compatible with mobile stand for flexible positioning
- High radiation intensity across ideal wavelength range (460–490 nm)
- Homogenous radiation over large surface areas for premature and mature newborns
