Respiratory pressure meter

The RP Check is a handheld respiratory pressure meter designed to measure mouth and nasal pressures in both paediatric and adult patients. It measures Maximum Inspiratory Pressure (MIP), Maximum Expiratory Pressure (MEP), and Sniff Nasal Inspiratory Pressure (SNIP), along with additional parameters including peak pressure, maximum rate of pressure development, and maximum rate of relaxation.

Small, portable, and lightweight, the RP Check is suitable for use in multiple clinical settings including bedside, out-patient clinics, and preoperative assessment. The device operates as a standalone battery-powered unit or connects to PC software for data upload and real-time testing with immediate report generation. Results are displayed on a large backlit screen with pressure traces and reproducibility guidance to ensure compliance with ATS/ERS standards.
